Confirm your Covid-19 Status

For the comfort and reassurance of all our guests we kindly request that all audience members over the age of 11 years take a COVID lateral flow test within 48 hours of their visit to the theatre.

You should not attend the venue if you:

believe you may be infected with COVID-19,
have experienced symptoms in the last 14 days,
have been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days,
have arrived in England in the last 14 days and are not covered by the exemption rules relating to self-isolation,
have been instructed to self-isolate.

When you arrive

It is now a legal requirement for all audience members to wear a face covering in our theatre at all times. Unless you are exempt, you will be refused entry if you don’t wear a face covering.

While social distancing is no longer enforced in our theatres, please continue to be aware of those around you, especially in busier areas and when queueing to enter and leaving the theatre.

Please use the hand sanitiser stations on entering our theatre and wash your hands regularly.

The theatre is cleaned on a continual basis. Common contact surfaces and toilet facilities are regularly sanitised and our auditorium is equipped with mechanical antibacterial fogging device covering the seating, stage and back stage areas.

We continue to encourage contactless payment throughout the venue to minimise contact.

Our staff will be on hand during your visit to provide guidance around the theatre. If you have any questions or feedback on your experience, don’t hesitate to chat to one of them.
